We are a New Zealand owned and operated company.
Vice Espresso, Sewart’s Coffee and Dessford Tea are brand names trading under the company Coffee Distributors Ltd.
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We collect email addresses from enquirers and those requesting to receive email newsletters. We collate this information to:
- Enable us to respond to enquirers
- Send newsletters to those who have made a request
No information is shared or sold to any third party company. We will immediately remove you from our database if requested.
Security & Payments
We do not process, store or transmit your credit card information ourselves – all payments are handled by a secure Ecommerce facility provided by Paystation. They use SSL encryption technology, to ensure the security of all information you enter. Your account will be charged in “NZD” New Zealand Dollars.
Orders & Postage
Any orders placed that require shipping will be done through PBT Couriers. Delivery Time will be between 3 and 5 days depending. If overseas shipping is required, price and time will be discussed on a case by case and charged out in NZD.
Returns & Refunds
Coffee Distributors Ltd always sends out fresh, quality Tea and coffee. Your satisfaction is very important to us. So if there are any issues we will endeavor to resolve them quickly and will accept returns for the following:
- Goods damaged or faulty before dispatch
- Incorrect order delivered
Note: Goods must be dated within 7 days of notification of any issues to us. This policy observes our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).
